Collector Leviathan

Highly aggressive — long-range vision, stun pulse, grab attack

First Leviathan encountered. Patrols open ocean east of Lifepod on the way to Alien Ruins.

How to scan: Use Tadpole as distraction. After it grabs the unmanned Tadpole, exit and scan from behind its head.

Shiver Leviathan

Out-of-bounds guardian — spawns at map boundary

Armored skull-like head with scythe-like fins

How to scan: Stay close to orange boundary markers. When Shiver reaches its movement limit and turns back toward the void, scan from a distance. Scanning one completes both male and female databank entries.

Great Jaw

Stationary Leviathan — easy to scan but dangerous

Southwest of Lifepod near Cicada Wreck. Stationary — scan its shell without entering to avoid being eaten.

Deepwing Brooder

Docile manta-like Leviathan — drops egg clumps

Look for darker green eggs among the field

Deepwing Egg Clumps → Pavlova (best food: 80 Food, 70 Water, 10 HP)

Safe to approach — swim up and scan. Follow pods to farm Egg Clumps for Pavlova.
